Kian Capital Partners (“Kian”), a lower-middle-market focused private investment firm, announced today that Luke Cromwell has joined the firm as an Associate. Luke will be based in Atlanta and work closely with Kian partners evaluating, underwriting and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Kian, Luke was an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and other financial advisory services for the business services, specialty distribution and specialty finance sectors.

Luke holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
