Kian Capital Partners (“Kian”), a middle-market focused private investment firm, announced today that it has completed a strategic investment in Riverside Oral Surgery Management, LLC ("ROS Management") alongside RF Investment Partners, LLC ("RF") and MedEquity Capital, LLC ("MedEquity").
ROS Management was formed in partnership with Riverside Oral Surgery, LLC ("Riverside"), the leading oral and maxillofacial surgery practice group in the Northeast. Riverside operates multiple state-of-the-art surgical facilities across New Jersey. Each of the practice's surgeons utilizes cutting-edge technology in digital imaging and scanning and offers a full spectrum of services from wisdom tooth extraction, dental implants and surgical management of oral cancer, to temporo-mandibular joint disorder and full reconstructive procedures.
ROS Management represents Kian’s second platform investment in the multisite healthcare sector. The investment reinforces Kian’s focus on investing in healthcare services companies with superior physician talent that value the importance of quality care and service to patients.
