Charlie Edmondson

Charlie is responsible for financial and investor reporting, SBA reporting and compliance, information technology and deal closing. 

Prior to joining Kian, Charlie was a consultant for Columbus Nova Credit Investment Management, a fund manager with nearly $2.0 billion in assets under management. He monitored fund compliance, provided management and investor reporting, cash management, trade settlement and project management. Prior to Columbus Nova, Charlie was a Director in Wachovia’s Middle-Market Capital Group where he worked with Kevin for nearly three years and served as the Business Manager/COO for three structured CLOs totaling $1.0 billion in assets. Charlie was responsible for management, investor and trustee reporting, cash management, monitoring fund indenture compliance, loan closing and servicing, and project management. Prior to Wachovia’s Middle-Market Capital Group, Charlie was a Director of Wachovia’s Loan Syndications, Sales and Trading. Charlie held several positions during his 11 years in the group including Loan Trader/Sourcing, Business Manager, Manager of Trade Settlements and Senior Loan Closer. He was instrumental in establishing the infrastructure for the Loan Trading, Syndications and Agency Services platforms. Prior to Wachovia, Charlie was an Associate with J.P. Morgan where he spent four years in the Emerging Markets Debt Trading platform in New York.

Charlie earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.
