Lawton joined Kian Capital as an Associate in January 2025 and is primarily responsible for evaluating, underwriting and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Kian Capital, Lawton was an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in their healthcare coverage group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic advisory services.
Lawton holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
